General Terms and Conditions (ÁSZF)
The PLASTDURKER Kft. terms and conditions apply to every sale and order placed with us. They mainly cover business-to-business contracts; for private customers point 13 sets out the differences. By placing an order, the terms become part of the contract between the parties.

11. Returning products
Defective products
If we accept a complaint, or ask for the product back to investigate it, we pay for the return. You can send the product back as agreed with us, in which case we refund the documented, pre-agreed return cost, or bring it to our warehouse in Alsónémedi (Nyárfa utca 5.) at an agreed time. If the investigation finds the product is not defective, the rules for non-defective products apply.
Non-defective products
Non-defective products can only be returned with our prior written consent, requested within 8 working days of delivery. We only take back unopened, undamaged products in their original carton, stored as required and fit for resale; products made to size or to order (such as thermal film) cannot be returned. The buyer pays the full cost of the return, and we charge an administration fee of HUF 500 + VAT per return. Within 15 days of inspection we credit or refund the purchase price, less the fee.
12. Delivery charges
For delivery addresses in Hungary, delivery is included in the product price. For addresses abroad we state the shipping cost in a separate quote or on the pro forma invoice, payable by the buyer together with the purchase price. Collection from our Alsónémedi site remains possible.
13. Private customers
As a private individual you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing, at your own cost; we refund the full price within 14 days. No administration fee applies. The right of withdrawal does not cover products made to size or to your specific request, or food-contact products (vacuum bags, crate liners) once their sealed inner packaging has been opened. For defective goods you have a 2-year statutory warranty from delivery. For complaints you may turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board or the board where you live.
