Compliance and documentation
We issue our own declaration of compliance for PA/PE and PA/PP vacuum bags and send it on request. Each declaration is valid for 12 months.
PA/PE vacuum bags
- Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011 (as amended by 2026/245)
- Good manufacturing practice (GMP), (EC) No 2023/2006
- Free of bisphenol A and other bisphenols, (EU) 2024/3190
- Overall and specific migration tested by an independent laboratory
- For all food types, chilled and frozen storage, and cooking within the stated limits
- PPWR (EU 2025/40): heavy metals together at most 100 mg/kg
- PFAS: meets the limits in force since 12 August 2026
- REACH: no SVHC substance above 0.1%
- Contains no recycled plastic
PA/PP heat-treatable pouch
- Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and (EU) No 10/2011 (as amended by 2026/245)
- Good manufacturing practice (GMP), (EC) No 2023/2006
- Free of bisphenol A and other bisphenols, (EU) 2024/3190
- Migration validated at 121 °C for up to 6 hours; not for fatty foods
- PPWR (EU 2025/40): heavy metals together at most 100 mg/kg
- PFAS: meets the limits in force since 12 August 2026
- REACH: no SVHC substance above 0.1%
Adhesives and stay tape
- Animal glue is made from over 99% renewable materials and is 100% biodegradable
- Safety data sheet (REACH Article 31) and technical data sheet for every product
